Lavy is our Talent Development Coach
Lavy studied Social Psychology at the RUG and the UvA. After graduating, she worked for a few years as a strategist and project manager at advertising agencies. At the time, in addition to her work, she focused on making a connection between students and the creative industry by organizing training courses, conferences and lesson programs. As a result, she discovered that her strength lies in coaching and guiding others. That is why she decided to fully focus on this and further develop it. With her genuine interest and entrepreneurial mentality, Lavy focuses on the development of young talent. By coaching & providing training, she motivates candidates to take a critical look at themselves and their career.
