Jaco is our Back-Office Manager
In 2012, Jaco came into contact with High Potential Academy. With a background as a history teacher, Jaco was looking for a broader view of himself and the labour market. By taking advantage of a working student placement at Ballast Nedam, he took on the role of foreman in a disciplined manner. In this role, his sincere interest came in handy and he managed to motivate both the student and the client. Jaco soon managed to expand and strengthen the talent pool, making him a permanent team leader at Ballast Nedam. Jaco is a textbook example of one of our core values, namely entering into a sustainable connection. As Back-Office Manager, he will strengthen this sustainable connection between our candidate, customer and organisation.
